So I've been using this meal replacement for quite some time now. The first two months were basically getting used to it and make it into a form of habit. I don't take breakfast and I don't eat healthily so that's where I get my nutrition from. I've been drinking lots of water as well. All this in a bid to shed some kilos off the weighing scale.
Consistency is the word for this and I not so consistent! But at least, I tried okay. End result, I don't overeat anymore (read: guilty). I am aware of my food intake though it can be better. I've lost ten inches to date. Well at least I achieved something. Breakfast- the most important meal of the day- is being taken care off. Nutrition, hopefully yes. Drinking water is good for health anyway and at the same time flushing out the not so good things in my body.
I supplement it with two Zumba classes weekly. I just started the second class. Crazy? IKR Well instant result would be awesome but it wouldn't happen in reality unlike in a fairy tale. Let's give it a try and see how effective this could be; let's persevere till end of March. I don't know if this help but at the very least, some form of exercise is being included in my life. You could say I'm building up my stamina to make myself feel better. I'm thinking if I should go back and run. Sounds like a great idea to me. In case you didn't know, nine more days left till the end of Sundown Marathon registration. 10k will do- I don't think I can last that long. My knees... maybe because of my current state, doesn't feel that good.
Tummy, why don't you just go away? How hard you want me to work till you're gone. Too much la you. I really hate you since young remember. I stayed up all night just to prove you wrong. Fine, green tea every night before bed. It helps me to curb my junk food hunger as well. Let's do this- I can do this!
Brought back my laptop to complete some work and at the same time do some research but, priority. Someone asked me out for movie today *surprise surprise* Even offered to send me home last Friday night. Blue moon ah? Neh, I guess tukar bulan. HAHA! Or was it purely (not) coincidental? Can you please be this sweet so I can nag less or I don't have anything to complain about you. So sweet lately, stay this way pretty please sayang.
